Any pros or cons for taking the 121 or 135 atp written? I'll be getting the rating soon. Does it matter to the airlines? If not which is easiest/most usefull?

Thanks

This is an old one

This was beat to death about 9 months ago, do a search. It really makes no difference, if you are working 135, take the 135 test. When you get your ATP, no one will know which one you took. We had a pilot take his ATP ride under 121 in a DC-9 with the FAA, had a 6 year old 135 ATP written, made no difference.

ATP written

It really makes no difference which written you take. Take the easier one for you. It was easier for me to take a weekend ground school for the ATP written. The 121 written was taught, and I was the only lightplane pilot in class. I did fine.
