Does a Part 91 corporate aircraft need 100 hour inspections or just annual inspections? Only commercial rated pilots fly the airplane.
 
91.405 in your FAR. It is that book that is prestine from cover to cover and still has static cling in the pages since you bought it in 2002.

Seriously, if the aircraft is operated "for hire" (Chapter/Section - 1 Definitions). then yes, unless paragraphs c-f are applicable. If not for hire, then no, unless the manufacturer has a 100 hour AD, that creates some confusion.
