    I don't think it SH as much as CT is pulling the strings. SH is just the sh*t catcher on this. Whats done now cannot be fixed overnight, the cost savings really has come at to great a cost.

It took what would have been a nice 80+ hr block line and jammed two extra three days in there and unfortunately I was senior enough to hold them, where as somebody junior to me didn't have...
