    Palwaukee Flyers strikes again.... incident.

    So does anybody know the particulars? I'm sure the pilot would much rather have landed at Campbell! So what were the "mechanical problems"?

    OK, but where have they moved to? Are they still at Chicago Executive? I've been around the airport, and I don't see any signs, nor have I seen any of their Beech's or 150's.

    Hey, what happened to Palwaukee Flyers?? I drove past the other day and their hangar is VACANT, and no planes anywhere! Did they move? Fold (like Northwest Aviation in Schaumburg)? Or what? If anyone knows, enlighten us.

    My bad! Precious, you are right and I am wrong! I was misinformed, and Palwaukee Flyers' lawsuit was not dismissed. Palwaukee Flyers was, in fact, awarded a $40,000 judgment in June of '07. To be completely accurate, that was a DEFAULT judgment, awarded after Darius, for whatever reason...

    A couple of years ago Jim sued the owner of a rival flight training operation at PWK for libel - specifically, the rival was referring people to the "Beware of this flight school..." thread here on Flightinfo, which by then consisted of page after page of dissatisfied CFI's and others. Well...
