    Only thing I can tell you was my sim partner was a 10 year Xjet captain. His buddy in class with him was an Xjet FO with no PIC. Seems like they are coming from all kinds of experience levels.

    No. You can only UTO 1 day. Can't UTO under 70 hours. UTOing 1 day puts you at like 71.

    Yeah. Lots of bull$hit rumors flying around about this. 2 friends hired recently. One has a couple thousand jet PIC (ex XJT), one is a military KC-135 aircraft commander flying PIC for a fractional.

    We've lost like 76 this year, vast majority off the bottom of the list. He's not entirely wrong. Lots of guys getting hired and immediately leaving for Delta, United, etc.
