If you Are speaking about the GYY ops its like a small airline. Challengers and BBJs and lots of pilots. I have been told recently that they have a real good management team in place and also are very understaffed.
I think we should all respect PMVULB and his information sources. If I recall, he is a little more in the know than people may realize.
Did they lose a pilot to a certain midwest operator by chance?

kinda BS when, from my experience with new aircraft purchases, it is a negotiated item for pilot and maintenance training so really no skin off of the nose. YMMV
not sure about other aircraft or departments but I know that our tire pressures are checked far more often than once a month - don't really think they are rotated either. I do know that they check the washer fluid and other fluid levels and a safety check of the turn signals and headlights.

My sources say that this is more due to expansions and retirements than anything else. I don't think there is a need to speculate about this department as it gets good reviews in the Chicago area. Good management team and good equipment.
