    I hate when I am stuck behind two fatties walking down the hallway at work. There isn't enough room to pass and when you do see a chance to get by and accidently touch one of them they give me the "Excuse you" look at the same time I am giving them the "Please waddle in single file" look.

    If you are going to be critical, when did the aircrew declare an emergency? On the recording I listen to, I never heard the aircrew say the magic words "mayday" or "emergency". They only requested a return to the airport. It was the controller who was the first to use the term emergency.

    CVRs of both the Legacy, and GOL 737 over Brazil

    I don't. From what I've read they were flying in an area with questionable radio/radar contact. I would would think a crew would be more vigilant in those circumstances. This applies to both crews.
