    proposal Good points I agree. However, if you listened to the Eagle ALPA MEC hotline, our officers disagree with parts of the proposal. The most obvious one detested by all eagle pilots is the ability for mainline to hire above eagle pilots into mainline fleet.

    Question on Clearance Delivery.

    most of the bigger airlines (regionals included) can get their clearance from the ACARS. It prints out the flight #, route, transponder code and filed altitude. However, i have heard many times in o'hare airliners requesting clearance over the radio.

    I have heard that you can't bid captain on another aircraft you are currently flying at Air Wisconsin. For example, a 328 FO can't bid an RJ capt vacany and a RJ FO can't bid 328 capt. Anyone know any info about this??

    higher altitude........less air pressure up there means less horsepower output of the working engine means less yaw tendency.

    I was wondering if everyone could post the lowest upgrade times at your respective airline from your last bid vacancies. Just to get an idea of whats going on at the other airlines. BTW Eagle stands at about 8 years right now for the RJ upgrade.
