    A 15 year captain at NJ on the 7/7 schedule will be making 166000 on their small cabin a/c. I seriously doubt KR will EVER pay that!!! Negotiation will only bring us close to parity!

    I am not sure what you are talking about. Three Flex pilots get fired for no real reason and the ibt 1108 and national step up and pay for the lawyers to get them their jobs reinstated and you don't see that as helping Flex?
