Sooooo, are you referring to only the Republic RJs here or are you saying that i will get my @ss handed to me as well flying for the F9 side out of MKE? We all know what has happened in DEN with us getting our @sses handed to us by SWA....
No-one has ever said we are the cheapest, in some cases the fastest either, but we still seem to fill those birds up to 85%+ capacity on a continuing basis (and most of the time with fares just like those).
I also would like to know what is wrong with $643? Everyone sits on here and beotches...
MKE base....well, nothing announced here. From what i can gather with talking to others is that the consensus is that if anything like a base were to happen it would probably be 6-12 months out at the earliest. I would bet that all flying for now will just go through MKE with possibly some...
Soooo, what's wrong with the 319's flying "old" Midwest routes? Are you saying they were crappy routes? The 319 will be bale to reach destinations from MKE that Midwest could not do directly, so that is a plus. The staple to the botom of SWA...huh, there was a good idea, i'm not even going to...
....uhhhh yeah, you just like to talk like you are one...
I'm watching you bud. Mess up again and "It's On!":D
Let me also say, you have no clue what you are talking about...and with you being in neither company, you really have no reason to give a $hit. Kinda weird in my book.
Probably because with the purchase of F9 they are a legitimate Major now...just a thought.
...also, does that make me a scab now? Just because they purchased my company? Or are you just trying to get people fired up by making $hit up?
I was just going to say the same thing. There's absolutely no point in arguing over which deal "would" have been better...we got bought by RAH and we had no choice in it. Done deal, end of argument.
Now the only thing we can do (F9 guys/gals) is to try to see what we can make of it if...
Truthfully i don't know, i have heard good things from the RAH deal, but they could just be propaganda, we all know how that goes. MY "assumption" is that DEN is an all F9 place until everyone upgrades, i don't know for sure yet, but they will probably let us all know really soon what the wants...
Ok, i'll post this again...SWA wanted only 80% of the planes which meant 80% of the pilots...which means i would have been on the street...which means that the company with "the strongest finances of the pax carriers" would have furloughed from day one. I may have said that in another thread...
Don't quite know yet, but i have been told that a favorable SLI was negotiated with RAH awhile back. I think DEN was to be put under a fence and that no RAH pilot could take a bus slot until all current F9 pilots are in the left seat...again, i could be wrong.
Thanks i will.
Is it as hard for everyone else to keep up with all these darn threads or is it just me? I post something and then i need to go back and read replies and can't get to the rest of the threads!!! Screw it, i'm going to bed!
I don't think he works here at F9, but he may have in the past...can't remember, but i may have read posts of his from awhile back stating he "was" F9.
Gee, that does not take a freakin genius!!! They wanted to park 10 planes from day one...they said they only would need 80% of the pilots to fly the remaining planes...according to my math, that would have put me on the street day one...assumption proven!
A year or two at my...
I had to react like that to that stupid post...sorry. No , i have not seen them yet, but i have been told that both sides will blow this out of proportion to try to make themselves look like the better player, so like i said in another thread, we will have to wait and compare the two sides when...
I will, but i bet someone will beat me to it...I go on vacation starting tomorrow and i am completely removing myself from anything that has to do with work for the next 8 days. But i'll catch up when i get back, and if need be, i'll let ya know what our's were.
