    NJA Pilot for DECERT

Getting home on the last day of your tour in the Fractional Business is the #1 reason you NEED to have a union. You guys hosed yourselves. Company now has no reason it needs to get you home. I see 10 day tours or more in your future.

    IBT Withdrawal cards

    this Great idea !!!

Delta has third party pull applications?

Rumor is that a third party is now who views the applications and decides whose app gets pulled. Not sure the the details

    NJA Pilot for DECERT

    - - - Updated - - - Dude Do you realize the company now has no incentive to get you home at the end of a tour? You and your family are hosed. - - - Updated - - - You know now who I mean.

Delta has third party pull applications?

If true how does this work? Are the most Qualified pilots picked?

    No Teamsters at Flexjet!

    Baghdad bob that explains it

Vote will be counted right now

unfortunately the union leadership was not strong enough to unify the pilot group (the merge of Flex/Options also made this much harder)

Vote will be counted right now

Right where you are? you mean calling your family on the last work day and telling them you will not be making it home?
  9. R

    NJA Pilot for DECERT

Keep in mind the union does carry some blame in this (they for whatever reason could not unify the folks) unfortunately
  10. R

    You can’t fix stupid

We certainly now Fully understand why you folks could never get an industry leading contract.

Vote will be counted right now

At any rate: that industry leading 8 n 6 schedule  will get a hole lot better now. Company will now have no requirement to get you home on your last day. Explain that to your Family.

Vote will be counted right now

I predict the Union stays :D

    a Picture

It’s a free country. Let the man speak. Don’t be wimps and ban someone. That’s just sissy s&it. Whatever happens will happen. Censorship is BS. censorship is Intollerance at its finest.

    NJA Pilot for DECERT

Big Bear won’t hire that many and on top of that it takes a long time to go through the hiring process. I’m sure a few will get hired but not 150 in the coming months.

Too big to fly XL ?

    Before Frank sold his soul

This dude would have to go back to 4th grade for three more years just to get his “Idiots License”
  17. R

What does Frank really think of the Netjets Pilots?

Might not want to wake the Bear up when he has been peacefully sleeping
  18. R

Too big to fly XL ?

You are wrong on that. People want a true seniority system (not several ways to skirt the system). People are tired of the shananigans.
  19. R

    Economy up but fractionals flat

But not many additional aircraft and a shrinking pilot group. Appears to be stagnant at best
  20. R

Some NetJets Pilots getting unsolicited job info from Flex/FO

Darn 160g to fly a beautiful Global all over the world for 7 or 8 days in a row? Damn I’m game for that.... wait a second.....a possibility of no union means the pilots will have no contract requiring the company to get me home on my last day (I will be out for weeks at a time). NO THANKS...
