From someone who has lived in the NW most of there life (with a stint in DC, LA and Colorado) I am one of those people that think Seattle (or the nw) is awesome. Yes it rains (alot) but when it is clear the it is so blue and the mountains are awesome. Lots to do if you are into the outdoors...
I was told if by Sandy in the PD that if they run a class in Feb. it would be 2 less people than normal because the FAA is sitting in and they take 2 spots. FYI.

Agree. When I talked to pd today she said I was about 7 - 8 classes out and on the email I was 146. Guess it was a little unknown holiday gift. Answers our questions on where we land. :)

I too just talked to a friend of mine that was in Dallas for his recurrent PC. He said the Chief Pilot came in to talk to them and said that it looks like they may run two more classes this year and then ramp up the rest starting in Jan. He also said they were planning on hiring 400 next year...
For what its worth I talked to Gina in the PD today. She said my number in the pool was 140 so about 7 classes out. On the list here I'm 66 so a few are missing. (This is after the october class) And of course we all know about no scheduled classes after the october class. Which we also know is...
