I haven't instructed in the US since 2004 and overseas since 2005 and I know many things have changed.
How would I go about teaching the wife(not a US citizen) to fly on our own airplane in the States?
Thanks in advance!!
Thanks dumb pilot. I hope it stays that way for a long time. I'd hate to see the ANA crew end up like JALways and this job is looking very attractive to me. I hope to be there in the near future.
I applied to Qatar about 1 month ago online and so far nothing. Got 5000tt 2500 jet SIC with over 500 in the 777 which I am also current on. I got a job but it's with a pathetic airline so looking to go elsewhere....
Thanks for all the answers guys. I really appreciate it. I am going to apply to the ones that are hiring and if I get called I'll go to the interview and then decide on what to do. I guess there's no need to worry about it before I get a job offer.

Well put fareview. I totally agree with #3 also.
Thanks jonhsonrod. That is what I am hoping for since my last flight on the bus has been over 6 months ago.
For those of you who have abandoned ship in the US and moved overseas to fly, are you happy now? I know it depends on where you go and who you fly for but I would like to get some advice on flying abroad. Things like cockpit culture, CRM, way of life, is it worth it, etc.
Thanks in advance,
VF
