How are the 15 Q400s out of EWR going to work? Are new hires going to be assigned straight into it, or Saab/Beech FOs move up? Any idea about routes/schedules?

Any XJet folks commute from MSP to CLE? How commutable is it?
I've heard CLE has many commutable lines, but it seems there's not many flights between MSP & CLE, even between XJet and NWA.
I've seen the other threads about XJet hiring like crazy and lowering minimums.
What's going on? Is it all because of the flowbacks going back to CAL? Is XJet adding new planes? If so, how long is the growth expected to continue? In short, how long is the hiring frenzy likely to last...
