God doesn't this story remind me of the bitch at Wanco in ASH.

Sure I'll get your bag.... RIght after myself and crew get the rest we need and require we'll head right back 15 time zones.

You bitch about guys taking lower pay and lowering the profession. Isn't doing stuff like this doing the same thing? Because then the owner talks to another owner and he goes to you and says why can't you do that.

I know Jeff has a lot to add to the contract pilot world. But i'm really dissapointed in his posting.

In the last 36 hours I have flown 12+10 RJAA to KSJC. We sat on the ground 30 minutes, then flew 3+15 to New Orleans. Then the onwers wife realize she forgot a hand bag in Tokyo, so we have to fill up and head back to RJAA .. 13+39. A break? Yes - we rest 5 hours then do RJAA to KNEW. 13+45

This is what my life has come to. Amazing. What did I ever do to deserve this? Well, got to run. We have a 0415 departure to EGPH...

When Jeff is tired or drunk he has a habbit of making stupid posts.

He should not be annoucing to the world that he is part of an idiot crew. He sounds like he has too much expirence to be part of something so foolish.

Show us your wisdom, Jeff. Do the right thing. Tell them you will be ready after 16 hour of rest.

Even with an augmented crew 5 hours is not adequate rest.
You would hope that someone with 20,000 + hours flying would exercise better judgement.

That's why the FAA needs to put tighter regulations on pt. 91. If a fatigued crew drives a GV into a building, how is that different than an airline crew doing the same thing with a DC9?

The FAA needs to get its head out of the sand on the fatigue issue. TC

How very true. There does need to be more oversite is this area.

i dont quite understand this way of his time, what does 12+10 mean? i understand it as 22 hours??

12hrs 10 min

seriously re read it again.

then flew 3+15 to New Orleans.

It took him 18hrs to fly from california to new orleans?

Sigh
