All of these things said, I have never seen more unhappy pilots. One thing after another has separated the pilots and management to the point of pilots making lateral moves to other regionals, something unheard of at the "old Horizon". The company succeeds, despite the managers best efforts. Hope this helps you out, keep in mind my opinions are just that, mine. I do share them with lots of other guys here, however.
