re I flew there for 4 years, based out of teb. I faxed a resume cold and got a call within a few days. Rode the system to columbia and was hired on the spot. I was lrjet typed with no PIC experience..had about 1500t and 300jet. They paid me as an f.o (I think it was around 30K) and I upgraded...
