Chick Fighter Pilots...
I spent 20 years as a Flt Standards Pilot. I've flown with women in times of peace and war and I can tell you from a training and an operational standpoint women have no place in combat. -

AirTran or NetJets?
The time listed in your profile doesn't meet the min of 2500 total time required for AirTran, and with just the min requirements I don't think you would be very competitive right now. Maybe NetJets would be a better option for you.
