SWA Application dilemma
Don't forget turbine singles. A Cessna Caravan or Piper Meridian would work and would probably be a cheaper checkout. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA ... go over to Perris Valley Airport and Volunteer to fly the jump plane one weekend!!!! I'm sure they have a caravan or king air over there... -

The best information we have is that you are called in the order you entered the pool with a type rating. An alternate way to think of this is: you aren't really in line until you get the type rating. If your buddy got the green light from the decision board before you faxed your type rating... -
SWA Expands its Expansion
Oakland base I hear Oakland is an easy base for a junior guy/gal to get, it's the one I'm shooting for! Last that I heard was Baltimore and Oakland were the two most junior bases. Doug -
