SmartPref is the system the TWA pilots bid with call Slick, minus the interface. Old algorithm that has been in storage until they attached the pretty interface.
This was asked in front Jerry and the response wasn't very open or candid. If "synergies" from the ASA/ XJT merger resulted in $60M to $100M of savings, merging the new XJT with SKW should save substantially more.
Talked with DC about this. Seems they have quite a few runs from EWR using YOUR pairings. You speculate like you have facts about what happens in our MEC. Somehow I don't think you have the whole story. On second thought, I have to wonder why you continue to look to keep us divided. That is all...
Yup, its being hidden by our MEC. The information was in the white paper along with everyone being told to go watch videos, bid, etc here.

The XJT guys accuse our MEC of hiding things from us yet it all seems to be there for those willing o either read or click...
Interesting that you know so much about what proposals where made.... There was a period when aircraft were being moved and diverted. This occurred during the end game of negotiations as the stick to make us buckle. This group didn't cave on the real pressure.
No aircraft were on the line for...
Whatever makes you feel better. What was researched was how the logic worked in the software. You can't write rules to usurp software logic unless the entire base code is rewritten. I don't think the the guy who wrote it (retired in France) is going to do that.
But you're right. Our MEC didn't...
You'll be whining then too. Little girl.

Read your comms every now and then.
So when there is an IROP, they will have to spend time trying track you down to give a change to your sched. Nobody else will need that time so they can released or to get an alt dhd.
That's right, stick it to the man. You only hose your buddies.
Safer? Hardly. Science based description does not rule out subjective rationale regarding this sort of issue. Numbers do lie when presented in a fashion to support which side of the argument you subscribe to.
The end result? You will come to work for more days same amount of money you make now...
I believe they put their phone numbers and email addresses on the Connections and posters. Have you even bothered to call him or are you content to gripe on an anonymous web board? By the way, while there could have been more, there has been THREE Connections by my count. Granted I didn't get my...
The original language was mute on it. There was no protection. Without specifics in contractual language, the burden of proof is on the union to prove intent of the original language. The company is always favored in this regard. With the language as it was before, SkyWest would have moved the...
...#1. The six planes that left had expired CPA's that had been extended. The planes were returned to the lessor leased back to SkyWest. How in the F*** is a union supposed to stop that?
What about the 8 700's that went to Blow-A-Goat Jet? CPA expired and away they went. But never mind, the MEC...
I don't need my MEC to to tell me. I understand enough about how different PBS systems award to understand the logic of the system. Why don't you tell me how SmartPref does NOT award on the same logic as Carmen and AOS. The front ends are different but the actual engine that drives the final...
Funny. Same argument from XJT guys right now. I guess we don't really have that problem do we?
XJT guys... Be warned now. SmartPref operates on the same design as AOS. Just because you have this "prelim" look at your award does not change the fact that it still uses the same logic.
