What is the difference between CoEx and XJT?

coex is xjet.

when cal ipo'd 'coex,' the new entity is called ExpressJet.
as in, Operated by Expressjet Airlines, dba Continental Express.
 
Yeah, thats what I understood it to be. I thought perhaps there was some more info out there....Thanks for reply!
 
Actually, XJT and ExpressJet are two different companies, but are one in the same. Kinda like God and Jesus I guess.

XJT is the holding company that owns ExpressJet Holdings, Inc. Similar to AMR. And, ExpressJet Holdings, Inc. is the company that owns ExpressJet Airlines dba Continental Express.

Now, is everyone properly confused? Good.

I still just use the politically incorrect (but Union friendly) "CALEX". Also, "Express" works fine too.
