Haven't heard a peep from anyone regarding Wal-mart interviewing, job offers, start of 1st day, etc. Anyone out there get so lucky to land a job with 'em? What was your experience? Or was the "job posting" just a flop?

They did just hire a couple of guys in November. A buddy of mine is just finished his Lear type at FSI, and can't wait to start. That's all I know so far.

They hire ever 6 months. Great place to work!!!
Actually, it seems we have hired every 6 months lately but it's not due to attrition. This seems mainly to keep pilot's monthly numbers in line with expectations with increased flying. Hired 4, they just finished their initials w/types and will start out on the line after the holidays.

Remember, it's a fleet of 20 + aircraft each flying around double the time of a "normal" corporate operating schedule. How often and many we hire doesn't necessarily mean people have left.
