OK. So now we know that the moderator is'nt going to put up with the name calling. I did'nt read the original thread before it was deleted, but I think it's important for everyone to know what has become of the USAPA lawsuit. It has been dismissed by a federal judge, with predjudice.
 
To be precise, one of the counts was dismissed without prejudice due to wrong venue. They can refile in state court if they wish. Based on their judgement thus far (and attorney Lee Seeham's expert self-serving advice) I fully expect them to refile.

You forgot to mention that the judge also used the words "futile" and "moot" when referring to their remaining issues.
 
Due process has not, does not and will not align with USAPA's agenda. They simply cannot get what they want without cheating a fair process.

Even though, you will likely see more anti-USAPA judgements in legals venues, it doesn't spare us the misery of the battle. In my opinion, the AWA group has been underestimated in our resolve.
