Hello all... below are the details:
Interior recently updated (hardwood floors, granite countertops, etc)
Located in a very nice area, gated community and huge swimming pool.

It's a 1000sqft condo, 2bed/2ba. There is an extra bedroom with a queen size bed in a small dresser already in the room, waiting for somebody to rent. It would be month-to-month basis of $225 flat.
Price includes electricity, water, etc., and digital cable as well.
And for anybody else interested, you can put a blowup mattress on the living room floor and crash there for $150 as well.
