Hey fellas,

Any inputs on what a new Captain should make in the western region (Los Angeles/Vegas) if said person is PIC on G-1159 and Citation Ultra (single pilot)? I appreciate any inputs. Thanks!

I would take the higher of the pay scales and then add probably 5 to 10 grand to it depending on how much you fly. I think that would be fair. If they are @ssholes then stick it to them and see if they can find a new pilot with those two types that is ready to go to work immed!

Single-pilot Ultra in SoCal is enough to warrant some serious cash... You're gonna be busy looking for GA traffic............

whats the definition of serious cash? I thought the G1159 PIC (p91) alone was a 6 digit number. All 3 aiframes PIC, no schedule, ground duties for less than 80k. See why I need the help in numbers? Throw me a bone people...

Thanks!

I know that one company was paying $110-$140K for G-III / IV pilots only.

Ultra CA usually make around 60-75K depending.

Choppy is about right, add 10-15K and see what they choke on!

Let's not forget that were not doing this for free, and they need to step up to the plate. Than again you may need to eat. It's called negotiation...
