I rarely use it... I tried using it a couple times last week and it said "Travel privledges suspended" yet I had no problem doing it at the airport. They threw it together really quick, and half of the flights arent even on there (at least Mesa flights) and its down half of the time.

Yeah it is very unreliable but when it works its great. It takes two minutes to list and that automated phone thing sucks. I find the ticket counter to be the most help but you can't always do that with the lines.

I can always seem to call the 800 number and list myself...but there was about 3 weeks straight where the site didn't work. I got on it again the other day to list for my commute home and it worked just fine. I guess you get what you pay for.
