Swa Pic Time?????

i know swa wants 1300 pic. suggestions: i have 1000 pic turbine and 5000 sic 727 time. WITHOUT leaving my current employer, where and how can i get 300 more turbine hours?

also, does swa want 1300 pic turbine in 121 ops? or will part 91 work ?737
type is on the way.

Does your current employer allow you to fly on the side? See if you can find a King Air or something the fly on the weekends.
