Funny how they've all stopped posting. Guess they were management or management trolls after all! Even Joe Merchant is silent, for more than a week now. Wow!

VOTED IN FAVOR!

Yeah, well they (le breque, scott hall, and tutt) have been pretty busy this week talking to the pilots in the break room. They'll be back.

No ASARJMan, haven't been silent. I've been voicing my opinions, just not on FlightInfo. I just participated in todays conference call and asked many questions and voiced my opinion. All my questions today involved scope and single list issues. I am actually more concerned now than ever that we are proceeding in the wrong direction. We are making the same mistake that every other ALPA group has made since Eastern farmed out regional flying over 20 years ago. It seems ALPA national is driving our scope negotiations and that is a mistake. Don't be surprised as our flying is shifted to SKYW and other carriers while we continue to thump our chest and talk tough. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it and we are fixin to repeat it.

Voted NO!

Bet you enjoyed participating Johnny, being the center of attention and all. "mommy look at me". And if we concede to ASA, what stops 'our' flying from being transferred Johnny? What we're willing to settle this contract for is not unreasonable. What you're selling out to management for bewilders me.

VOTED IN FAVOR! (cancels out Johnny's NO vote)

Joe,

I went to one of the roadshows in ATL, and heard with my own two ears Charlie Tutt say that they will not add any scope agreements to our contract!!!!!!!

No guarantee of any future flying no matter what we all agree to.

...and to piggy back off of that. I already saw what happened to Comair and their guarantee of future growth for conessions.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

You know, it's funny that when asked what effect a pilot pay cut would have on our overall costs CT said "very little, only a couple of dollars and hour". When asked what difference that would make, he further stated "not much". Then he went on to state that there were other inefficiencies that needed to be addressed, such as scheduling. Got news for you CT, that's what duty rigs and min days would do for you, be design. THey are not to get us more money, they are there to force YOU, the company, to build efficient schedules and utilize the pilot group how they are supposed to be utilized. You could achieve ALL the cost savings that you are looking for by reforming crew planning and crew scheduling. Point is, it's about control to you. You'd rather have the control than the cost savings.

I'm not interested in "selling out". I'm interested in what is best for the ASA pilots. Falling on our swords will do nothing for us. Why can't we push for a single list on the SKYW property? We aren't doing that - why aren't we doing that?

Stifler, I asked the CNC myself yesterday what we are asking for in terms of scope, and it isn't good enough. It still allows them to transfer flying and if they exceed more than 15% of block hours, it only requires them to take the pilots. That isn't good enough. Single list or there is no support from me. Let's not make the same mistake that other pilot groups have made. Single list - that's all!

Oh never had an operation. Just enjoying a few days off with the lady. My coin purse has always been alive and well.

Because ALPA proabably would not win the resulting representational vote and they know it.

But, maybe if ALPA started doing the right thing, they could change people's minds. There are many pilots like me who realize the importance of a National union and who would be enthusiastic ALPA supporters if they would only stop attacking us.

You nothing to Flight Info. You are worse than D'Angelo. Why can't you think, or at least read up on industry trends and parrot someone else's ideas? You are a bore.

As a former CMR pilot, I could not agree more!

I think she's 52. He's in his mid-late 30s. But as Pogue Mahone said, she doesn't look a day over 60. Years of drinking and smoking sure take a toll on a woman. She was pretty hot ten years ago.

Aww come on, she is only in her mid 30's. The cigarettes make her look closer to 60!

hahah thats funny me angry? Not hardly sir! ASA pilots are the true anger mongers here. Ive never seen a more angry, arrogant bunch in my entire life. The funny part will be when they strike and everyone takes their flying and they are left calling foul. That will be a great day.
