Just wondering what you guys use for mins in your single pilots ops? Either turboprop or jet operators. Are they mandated by your insurance, determined by ops by pilot experience or left to the pilot, especially part 91? Thanks.

Insurance for 91 ops.

Currently our policy calls for 5000 TT 1000 jet to be legal for single pilot ops + the required FAA waiver. This is for a Citation 550 Bravo.

The Feds only want something like 1500 TT + some actual IFR and a few other requirements for the waiver.
