Does Sinclair have any aircraft and are they based out of SLC?I know there corportate hq is here. Thanks

Mate,

25 years ago a couple of my buddies flew for them. One is now a retire' from AA and the other is an instructor of FSI. They had two Learjet 35s in the early 80's ... but from there I don't know.

They were based out of Hanger d-1 @KHPN. They folded up shop around 1986.

We used to share a hangar with them. I believe that they are still there. I understand that the owner was difficult to work for and had a reputation for being hard on pilots. There seemed to be a lot of employee "turn over" is you get my drift. Whether or not that's still the case, I'm not sure.

Thanks for the responses.I know the owner has a aircraft he uses.I don't know if its charter or fractional or what. Thanks again

Sinclair Oil currently operates two aircraft. They have a Lear 35, and a Gulfstream 3, both located in SLC. The lear is used for the company, and the G3 is used to shuttle Mr. Holding to Sun Valley mostly.

Do they have lots of tunover still? And is it hard to get on?And where are they located on the field? Thanks
