San Salvador, El Salvador

We have a potential trip to San Salvador, El Salvador. Has anyone in the community been to San Salvador recently? And advice operationally, places to stay and/or handlers used would be much appreciated!

We flew in there about 3 years ago now. We stayed at the Hilton, it was nice. I don't remember us using a handler, although it might be wise to do so. The Airport is quite a ways from the Hilton (which is in the town itself), the drive there is about 40 minutes and let's just say you see why we are so Blessed to live in the USA on the way there.

Enjoy! We were only there for about 1.5 days so I can't really say too much else, we ate all of our meals in the hotel but did go out the first night to a place my copilot wanted to check.....but of course, that is another story...
