Hey Guys....

I was wondering how these payscales compare to your current payscales for small jet operations?
Step CA F/O

Year 1 $ 37.50 $ 37.50

Year 2 90.89 45.45

Year 3 93.58 51.47

Year 4 96.29 57.78

Year 5 98.98 64.33

Year 6 101.78 67.18

Year 7 104.54 69.00

Year 8 107.34 70.84

Year 9 110.16 72.40

Year 10 114.28 73.73

Year 11 117.42 75.29

Year 12 and over 120.00 77.76

From what I've seen those rates are much higher accross the board than any CRJ or ERJ rates out there currently. I don't think any carrier who flies that equipment could make a profit paying rates like that unless the good old days (late 90's) ticket prices were in full swing and even then those rates would be ridiculously high (not that I wouldn't love those rates for myself flying ERJs). Those rates are high even for 90 seaters at the small jet operators level. Where does a scale like that come from for CRJs or ERJs? I want work there.

ATA73pilot, It that what your company wants to pay your (possible) 717 pilots? Just a guess. If not, what is the point of this post?-Bean

Yes....these are the proposals for the 717 in our latest Concessionary TA.

The reason for my question is that they are significantly lower than other 717 operators and some folks here have made the claim that these rates are more in line with Small Jet operators.

Since www.airlinepilotpay.com doesn't yet have listings for Comair, etc. I thought I might find some info out here.

Thanks for the input.

Go to www.airlinepilotcontracts.com

Those rates are very low for 717...compare to Airtran (717), NWA (DC-9), AA (F-100), Frontier (A318).

What's the update on the 717s at ATA? Will they be on the property in the near future (what's the latest estimate)?

No estimate. Right now it is all speculation. The only thing the company has said is that they need a 100-seater to compete. Rumor has it though that sometimme early next year is the plan for aquisition.
