I know CASS Airlines can ride in Usair cockpits, is this also the case with Republic Airlines under the USAir name?

Good luck. I've listed for it in advance five times, and I've been bumped off of it four times. I couldn't care less what the experts on here have to say about priority, etc. Fact is, when the plane is full, the jumpseat is taken by a mainline pilot... or will be. Their plane, their airline, no whining from me- just a fact.

*I think I totally misunderstood your post. Whoops.

Bumped off one of you own jumpseats?

By a mainline pilot...what kind of spineless CA's does your airline have?

If you were listed ahead and bumped of a mainline/express jumpseat by one of their own then what is your problem?

Whoops. I did misunderstand, sorry.

I listed on full mainline flights for the jumpseat, only to have it evaporate 5 minutes prior to pushback when a mainline pilot showed up and took it. I totally understood at the time, no hard feelings but a couple of sleepless nights getting to work.

I am a RAH pilot.

You can't list ahead of time for a Republic Airlines jumpseat. It is given to the most senior RAH pilot (republic, chq, SA) based on DOH on your ID badge. If there are no RAH pilots waiting for the jumpseat then it is a first come, first serve free for all!

There have been some cases where mainline pilots have claimed to "list" for the jumpseat hours or even days ahead of time. If a mainline pilot tells you this, its a crock and make sure the gate agent knows it too. Its happend to me out of PHL twice now and I'm sure its happend to others.
