Radio Telephone operators permit

I need to get the radio telephone operators permit. Is it the restricted radio or which one. I have been looking at the FCC page for two hours and can't figure out which one it is.

Yeah thats the one....Its either RR or RP on the two letter choice that they give.

The easiest thing to do is call them up and have them walk you through it. They are happy to do that.
