Wondering if anyone knows what the status is of some of our poolies that seem to have been passed up on the list? For example Caneman, Joker, Starbuckfriend, and others seem to have been passed over for a Jan/Feb class date. Would it be worth while/possible to investigate as to their status?
Does SWA draw from the pool based on entry date, or do they use other criteria to "build" a class? Thanks.

No one really knows

Although the poolie list will give you a pretty accurate picture of how the classes will fall out, I think they use some addtional criteria to build new hire classes. I've heard they want to have an average age for each class so that they don't have 20 32-year olds or 20 43-year olds in a single class. However, the secret formula with which to make a new hire class still eludes all of us on the outside.

FYI.. Starrbucks friend was scheduled for the 17 Feb. class, but was called last week and moved up to the 3 Feb class.. Pretty excited guy...
