I told you homos this RAH upgrade thing is gonna be fast.

The most junior guy was a 11/19/06 hire.

You losers need to come on over and join the winning team.

I got to admit that was funny, homos, priceless.

In all seriousness I am thinking about bailing on Eagle and making the move to RAH, Ur Dad if you would be interested in answering a few questions for me send me a PM.

What was a joke?

< definitly not a homo and I wouldn't fly for Rah if you begged me too.
I'll bet you his boyfriend has his face buried in a pillow last night begging him to yell out "Who is your daddy"

Whats wrong with RAH?

What's good about them?

Wait, I know, the upgrade time. laughing. Would you fly with a 6 month fo that just upgraded to Captain?

upgrading after one year at a regional shouldnt be considered something of a big deal, for the most part the same routes are flown daily, same airports etc.. very little to be surprised by. great for those guys that got hired at the right time.

It will be a huge suprise when they're in hard IFR and blowing snow and they are crapping their pants because they have a brand new Fo next to them and all those pax are relying on this guy to make the right choice.

A little perspective... Most of the new hires from 2006 came from other regionals. 2500 tt is required to upgrade. The award has a May 1st effective date. Most folks won't be in class until next year. Per the contract they don't even have to be qualified until 60 days after the effective date. So your one year upgrade just turned into 1 1/2 yrs.

Well, mostly now a days, the guys that are up for upgrade can't because they don't have the time like you said.

And what big decision do they have.....whether or not to disconnect the autopilot, or to get Type I AND Type IV???

Get a life tool bag.....have you ever even flown in blowing snow in your big bad -700, who do you work for Ho-jets??

Why is everyone fighting? What is so bad about RAH?
