Anyone heard of a new "Instruments Procedures Handbook" from the FAA - a supplement to H-8083-15, Instrument Flying Handbook?
And even better a www link?

Don't know why I got one free. I'm guessing because I have an instrument rating with current CFII? Or maybe every pilot will get one. Plus I'm registered on the FAA's Advisory Circulars mailing list. Eventually I would have found out about this pub and bought it, but I honestly believe this is the first thing I ever got free from the FAA without asking for it!

The flight school I work at got 4 or 5 of them in the mail, they are currently thinking of an appropriate amount to sell them for.
