If you mean most senior furlough, he was hired 1/15/1991, but that person was a voluntary furlough.

I think what you were getting at here was the most senior involuntary furlough's DOH, and that would be 10/7/1988, but that is a TWA DOH (OCCNL SEN Date of 5/2/2000). Senior native AA furlough DOH is 2/28/2000.
