Mid-South jobs?

The mid-south is North Carolina, South Carolina, Virgina and maybe Tennesse.

Oklahoma is not and will never be part of the South.

Same goes for Texas. Texas is just Texas.
 
Not that it matters, but I have to disagree. Anything that borders the Atlantic is not mid south.
 
We Virginians consider ourselves to be in the Mid-Atlantic region. An honor we share with Maryland, Delaware, and Jersey (I think). Some of the old timers around here, myself very excluded, consider us to be part of the Grey Army. For petes sake you lost!!!!! Why all the statues of a general that lost a war???? No offense intended.

Would the Southern Plains be more appropriate for you?
