Way to go BigBoy, I see that A320 next to your name, How was trainning? I am still on Reserve.

60 days hmm plenty of time to paint it, seems like enough time to strip it down to bones and take to for one last flight to a final resting spot as well.
The 15 th is rapidly approaching so maybe NWA is wating to see if United has to liqidate chapter 7. Then make the AVRO announcment, based on the outcome. If UAL has to Selloff to pay the creditors there will be a scramble to fill the routes.

Just thinking in writing.

Just to add more info for the non-XJ crowd: TIMCO, an MRO outfit that our management has recently announced will be doing all heavy checks on both fleets, has a large operation in Goodyear. They do also have the ability to paint airplanes in GYR according to their web site.

We'll have to see how this plays out, but my guess, and hope, is that this will be a temporary visit to the sand box.

Othello.
Training was fine I'm so glad its all over with.
don't forget to send me the invitation;)
