I am looking for a website to check my levels of health. I think bmi heart rate resting heart rate etc.
Any ideas? I want to be fit for my medical and for a life in general.

I'm 6'7 280lbs and I think I'm too skinny.

I believe he indicated that he was 66" (which reads 66 Inches). Translated (for those who need this, and evidently there is at least one) that would be 5 feet, 6 inches.

Resting heart rate is generally 72, lower is better (until 0 - bad)
