Going for an interview, huh?

Above 10K - no limit

Below 10K - 250 max

Within class B - 250 max

Within class B and extends beyond 10K - no limit

under the shelf of B - 200 max

Just stop right there.

Within class B - 250 max

That's not correct. Class B has no published speed limit. The only speed limit specific to Class B is the 200 knots under the floor within the lateral limits you mentioned.

Er... sorta. The 10K is the dividing line; Class B has nothing to do with it.

200 knots or clean maneuver speed under the class B. There is no need to leave the flaps out or configure early to slow to 200. Clean maneuver speed is perfectly acceptable and legal. In some airplanes that can be higher than 250 even.

Sorry for the cookie-cutter answer.

Technically, one can operate faster than 250 within class B in the clean configuration (no flaps or LED's) if there is an operational need.

But I don't think it's entirely correct to say that there is NO speed limit inside of B. There is; but it may be higher based upon specific aircraft that require a higher speed.

speed limit specific to airspace IN Class B? Never heard of one - however the 250 under 10k rule still applies. Class B above 10k has no limit because you are above ten ( in other words, i agree with CA1900 - Ok, thanks bye.)

But I don't think it's entirely correct to say that there is NO speed limit inside of B. There is...

No, there isn't. Re-read 91.117 if you don't believe me; it's as clear as can be. If you slow down to 250 (or whatever you min clean speed is) at 11,000 going through the ATL Class B, I will rear-end you. :D
