Wandering if anyone has any experience working under a managed aircraft situation. Interviewing for a position and was wondering what to expect. Any tips on pay, benefits, etc...

All over the board. It just depends on the client and the managment company.

maybe tell us the management company and we can share some insight??

there are alot of FBO's that manage aircraft. Do you think it's better to go to a FBO that manages 8-10 aircraft, or a corpate flight department that has 1-2 aircraft? Im not to insterested in the Frac's.
