Looking for an IAD crashpad

Just wondering if anyone has any leads on an IAD pad. I am looking for a month-to-month,not too fancy(hot sheets ok) in the $180 range. I would imagine some of you FlyI guys/gals could steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

We have one in Leesburg (about 20 min to parking lot). It runs 175 if you hold a line. You would need a car though. No hot beds. Single family home 4 bedrm 3 1/2 bath. Full cable and internet and everthing else you would need. If interested call 202-297-1315 or bephilli@hotmail.com.
