Every other flight crew seems to stay the the Hacienda on Sepulveda. Not sure how much it costs when you are paying yourself as opposed to the company paying. Kind of a dump and looks like it had its heyday in the 60's, but ok enough. Starbucks, Quiznos, and Ralph's grocery store across the street, along with some other restaurants etc. nearby. Pretty easy walk to the light rail train if you want to get around.

I think the Hacienda is 55 bucks.

The Super 8 on Aviation Blvd might be affordable, plus its right under the approach.
