To piggyback on a string from a few days back...

I'm a young Air Guard copilot looking for somewhere to get comfortable & stay for the long haul.. (Hoping to avoid airlines!!) Fancy equipment & time building are not my goals, just stability & decent QOL...

Any suggestions??
