Where are you starting from?
I would suggest UA or NWA to NRT, and NWA btwn NRT and MNL.
If you are at a CASS participating airline, you could try CO via HNL and GUM, but those flights are often full and have pilots in the j/s. CO has a pilot base on Guam.
Most freighters departing the US would pass through ANC. I am not sure how the post 9-11 rules affect j/s on cargo flights. That is something we are working thru at my new airline.
Good luck.

Call UPS

If I were you I would call UPS and see if they accept intl jumpseaters. They fly in and out of Angeles City:pimp: (formerly Clark AFB). FedEx flies in and out of the former Cubi Pt in Olongapo, but I know they won't take offliners INTL.
