As an employee for US Air Express, I was wondering if it was possible to jumpseat internationally on United.

If your company has an agreement with United to allow for that, then you may jumpseat internationally. You may not occupy the cockpit jumpseat regardless of your airline being CASS or not [i.e. you must have an open cabin seat].
