Huh!?!? Sorry for the sarcasm but anyone with an ear to the aviation ground knows this is just a reincarnation of ACA. BTW if you want to even think about working here you've just failed the first requirement - how to spell our name........INDEPENDENCE.........;-) Therefore:

Pay - same as ACA scale

Benefits - typical health benefits, full flight benefits (family etc.)

Lifestyle - same destinations, new corporate attitude, some progressive changes (uniforms)

Upgrade times - lol, they stopped, then started displacing last summer and oh yeah we've got 100+ furloughed now!

Street Captains - no but we do have some FO's on the street.....

Sorry but international routes are all that are available. You'll need a passport.
