Noticing that you're rated on the G-IV and F2000, I'd say go knock on the door of Gannett (USA Today). They operate both a G-IV and Falcon 2000. Just a fleeting thought, but they operate out of IAD.... Good luck.

Talk with the CSR's at Piedmont. They can probably tell you most anything you'll need to know and should have some contact info for Gannett.
